Wow, just wow. The corruption in the Worlds political system is so entrenched, that peaceful protesters are being beaten for the act of peaceful protests.
Now people are getting an interesting supporter of their protests. 'Supporter' should be really defined as 'protector'. In the U.S., the Military(retired and possibly active) is starting to move in to protect the protesters from the unjustified police beatings. These military people swore an oath to protect their fellow countrymen and they are wondering why the police are constantly abusing the protesters.
YouTube video of a Marine asking police officers what the hell is wrong with them for abusing protesters. In the New York and Boston areas, 'white shirt' police officers are supervisors and have been seen attacking innocent protesters.

Their website OccupyMarines.org presents a post centering on continuing the Occupy movement throughout the upcoming winter. In their call for “Non-Active ‘Occupy’ Military Supporters Only” they’re organizing a dress code in order to identify their branch affiliation.
So does Canada's military personal(non-active or even active with a Guy Fawkes mask on) have the guts to protect Canadians from being abused by the police and politicians? Well no real abuse yet, but remember is that after the city elections in November, protesters will probably be pushed off of public property in one way or another.
Public property is such an interesting terminology. It's public property, which should allow people to protest without pesky permits and should allow people to set up accommodations for the protest. But politicians don't care for people protesting corruption and then you have the sad story of how little it is costing the police to patrol the areas of peaceful protesting. Police patroling areas to make sure that people are safe from harm,,, what a concept.

The largest European hacker club, "Chaos Computer Club" (CCC), has reverse engineered and analyzed a "lawful interception" malware program used by German police forces. It has been found in the wild and submitted to the CCC anonymously. The malware can not only siphon away intimate data but also offers a remote control or backdoor functionality for uploading and executing arbitrary other programs. Significant design and implementation flaws make all of the functionality available to anyone on the internet.
The Trojan was placed onto a persons computer at an entry point(airport). So when the border guards or police take your computer or smart cell phone away from your sight, what did they do to it? Rootkits, Trojans, Key Loggers, GPS tracking bug. Even your cell phone could have a new software uploaded to it via your Cell phone service provider. The police and government are trying to make sure that you can never disable your cell phones GPS locater. Sure you can shut down the standard GPS locater, but why can't you shut down the 'emergency GPS locater'?

A second version
On Tuesday, a pair of German researchers working for Kaspersky Labs, a computer security firm, discovered that there is a second, more powerful version of the Federal Trojan spyware, which can be run on more recent, 64-bit Windows computers.
It is also capable of conducting surveillance on a total of 15 applications, including Yahoo Messenger and Internet Explorer, more than the previous version......
.....Beyond political posturing, Federal Trojan-related lawsuits are now on the horizon.
On Monday, the Pirate Party in Germany called for criminal charges to be filed in Munich against Joachim Herrmann, the Bavarian Interior Minister and Peter Dathe, the president of the Bavarian Office of Criminal Investigation (LKA) on the grounds that they were responsible for this software that is, in the Pirate Party's view, a clear violation of the law.
"It follows that a significant suspicion arises from the possibility that those persons who have participated in the operation of the Trojan, those which it arranged as well, those who purchased this computer program, have committed a punishable offense," the party's letter states, which was faxed to the federal prosecutor's office in Munich.
This is what happens when things, that various government do, is kept in a closed door situation. The government will spew the term 'for national security', but in reality, government is doing whatever they do, due to people not noticing it. It is always interesting to see the government(or a private company) instantly shut down a program when it is exposed, due to the program being illegal.

Extortion schemes that target file sharers are being shut down by educated Judges. Especially the schemes where the Plaintiff tries to join file sharers into a class action, to try and achieve the best profitability in the lawsuit. But joining people who do not know of each others existence is not fair. It's like where you could prosecute criminal actions by the police under gang laws(one boss telling the police what illegal actions to do), but using gang laws to prosecute random people who did the same action, is illegal. Also considering trying to fit 5,000 random people in one court room, plus all their independent lawyers, etc..
Don't forget that these Lawyers only have an IP address and what file was downloaded in full or part. An IP address does not identify the person who did the action.

....some California federal judges have been hammering the lawyers bringing mass file-sharing lawsuits. Add Magistrate Judge Bernard Zimmerman to that list.
Last year, On the Cheap LLC sued 5,011 alleged pirates of its porn film Danielle Staub Raw. Zimmerman this week threw out 5,010 of the anonymous defendants. "No courtroom in the building can hold over 200 people, let alone 5,000," he wrote in his order. Even if it could, everyone would have different lawyers, different issues of fact, different defenses—in short, it would be a total nightmare for the efficient dispensation of justice.

Video record the actions of the police. Otherwise we are in a dictatorship, where not being a slave is a crime. The police and government record you all the time, so record them for protection of yourself or protection of someone who is being unjustly assaulted by the police. If you want even more protection while you video the police, make sure to have other people videoing the videoing. Only together can we survive this police state. Why not record yourself at a roadblock. But beware, as that may cause you to be assaulted for your actions. And then forward the video to video watching sites or even to various civil liberty associations, or even that Judge that you know. Roadblocks are for looking for impaired drivers and not meant to be used as a generic excuse to look for other crimes. "Papers please. Where are your papers? Refusal to show papers will result in punishment for not allowing a travesty of justice to take place."

Remember that nutcase cop who arrested a bystander for recording a public crime scene? Yeah, that was a violation of the First Amendment, according to the US Court of Appeals for the First Circuit in Boston. This is great news.
The ruling originates with a suit filed by Boston attorney Simon Glik, who was arrested for recording another arrest in the middle of the Boston Common. You know, the enormous, oldest public park in America. A pretty public place.

Hey governments and police forces.... Quit breaking the laws that you expect the rest of us to follow. The 99% of the World is pissed off at the corruption. And with the military on the peoples side, corrupt Governments will eventually lose. Hopefully the day will not come where an innocent protester is killed by a police officer(or a active military member who was just following orders), whether by gun or taser. For if that day comes, the people will revolt in a large mass.
