occupy the world

occupy the world

The Occupy protests have come to Canada. And so far, the police are not assaulting people for practicing their 100% Right to peaceful protest.

Some places in the U.S.A., the police are assaulting many protesters and then arresting them. The police's owners have told the police to get rid of the protesters, or at least make sure the protesters are not in a visible place. Various loopholes in the Law is being used to make the protesters not so comfortable for their long stay of protesting on the public property.

If you get a ticket or are arrested for your peaceful protest? Dispute the ticket in court and tie up the courts time, stating how the officers were wrong for arresting you or giving you the ticket and you want retribution for the crime against you. Does $10,000 per person charged, sound good? The police and government will fight to stop that from happening for sure.

The police are 99% responsible for their assaults that they are committing against innocent people. The protesters did nothing to allow the police to attack. The police put on their Slave Masters hat and told the protesters to: disperse, the park is closed, cleaning crew coming in. And the greatest bit the police say? "You protesters are causing the government/police to spend money to make sure the protests stop. Waaaaaa."

Corralling protesters is also being done to make the protesters surge forward(lightly bump containment fence), in order for the police to unjustly attack.

Protesting is a Right. But Billionaires and the RightWing don't like the Leftists and the Centrists protesting the corruption in this World.
The RightWing even does an age old thing of sending in secret agents to mesh into the crowd, in order to either learn their secrets, or to cause a commotion to give the police just cause to start attacking the peaceful protesters.

Tea Party members(also known as Tea Baggers) are quite upset at the justified protests and will put lots of asinine remarks in the comment sections of the media, in order to try and swing public opinion away from supporting the 99%. Tea Baggers are slaves of the 1%. The Koch brothers own the Tea Party and will send out marching orders to make sure billionaires can continue to rape and pillage the population of the World.
The Media tried to ignore the start of the Occupy movement, but then it spread to many places. So they can't ignore it anymore. The RightWing Media has also gotten very nervous and is ramping up their propaganda efforts, with many fabricated articles to try and discredit the Truth of the Occupy movement.

Norman Ruff, a professor emeritus in political science at the University of Victoria, said the protests prove young people are not disengaged from politics, just from mainstream political parties.
"They were talking about economic unfairness. They're talking about the inequality in our societies," said Ruff.
"The other thing that struck me was the preponderance of young people. Those age groups aren't voting in federal or provincial politics. Clearly it's a mistake to say the young are apathetic and have removed themselves from politics. They're taking part in another form of political activity."
Ruff said politicians should be paying attention.
"Any politician who just dismisses this as an isolated protest could be in for a surprise down the line ... what I think is happening here is a change in the political agenda."

Do not ever forget that Conservative = Republican. They are looking to take over Canada, in order to exploit us in the name of Greed.

There was an TV news interview of David Eby of the BC Civil Liberties Association.

He said things roughly like...

You can wear a mask in Canada to hide your identity, as some people at the protest may not want their boss's finding out that they were at the rally. (((Take note that some places in the U.S. have made it a crime to wear a mask, as innocent you, may suddenly decide to rob a bank. And at Halloween little kids are not rounded up by the police for wearing masks))). (((Guy Fawkes masks are used by anonymous to keep anonymous, under these World Wide Totalitarian governments.))).

It is disturbing that the police want protesters to take pictures of the protesters and turn those over to the police. (((Why don't the protesters take pictures of all the officers there. Try to include their badge or name tag in with the picture of their face. The police do it to innocent you, so turn about is fair play))).

The police are trying to make it look like the protests are a threat to the public and for the police to say that is anti-democratic. (((It is called a thinly veiled threat against anyone who might think of participating. The police don't care who they pepper spray and it has been shown many times, that the only reason for an attack on protesters, was because a higher up told him too))).

Meanwhile as the police and government continue to unlawfully collect peoples DNA samples, the police are saying 'no' to collection of their own DNA. The police seem to be giving the same reasons that the rest of do. Which is, "unless a person is a 100% suspect of a major crime, you can't collect their DNA". The other reason is very simple, on how that DNA is going to be used. And once collected and a person is declared 'not a suspect', is the DNA sample destroyed? Nearly all Prince George BC Cabbies were forced to submit DNA samples to exclude them from being a suspect in a serial killer investigation. But did any of the officers, who were in the area during the killing times, give a DNA sample to prove their innocence? And did all that Cabbie DNA end up in Canada's crime bank? Or was the samples destroyed, since there is zero reason to keep it?
Lets take note of how the Labs processing these DNA samples, is that they are doing the 'quick test', to save time and money. So instead of the sample matching one person, the sample will match 10 people. Then those people(if a sample is on file) are brought in to try and prove their innocence. Just another example of flawed police work, that could convict an innocent person.

"It's not that the law enforcement officers are opposed to giving up their DNA," he said. "You need to have safeguards in place. Something that can tell you ... something intimate about someone needs to be treated with the utmost care."
Rief and officers in other states say their concerns include management using the DNA information to see if employees are predisposed to diseases and to predict workers' future health problems. The rank-and-file also don't want their DNA placed onto a national database that holds criminals' genetic data.
Connecticut state police officials tried to get the legislature to approve a law requiring officers to provide DNA samples in 2009, but the bill died during the session after Rief and others spoke out against it at a public hearing at the Capitol.
In Chicago, police officers rebelled with a work slowdown in 2008 because of resentment toward their new chief over several issues, including a new policy to collect DNA from officers working at crime scenes.
In a still-unresolved dispute in Los Angeles, the police union and top brass have traded salvos over a requirement that officers give DNA samples in shootings involving police and other use-of-force incidents. Union leaders say management won't restrict how the DNA information is used and stored, and the union cautioned officers in 2009 about potential privacy and misuse problems.
